Pistachio Toffee

Description

We use pistachios is this toffee that is cooked in a copper kettle and poured onto a table to cool.  Each piece is then hand-dipped in ruby chocolate and garnished with chopped pistachios.

Ruby Chocolate is naturally pink and has a natural berry flavor which pairs well with pistachios.

Ingredients: toffee [cane sugar, butter, roasted salted pistachios, water, salt], ruby chocolate [sugar, cocoa butter, nonfat dry milk, whole milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), citric acid, natural vanilla flavor]. and roasted salted pistachios.
