CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN ASSORTMENT?

Assortments can easily be customized. Find the flavors you like from our SHOP page and include them in the “note” section when you check out.


DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE CHOCOLATES?

Yes, we do. Below the product description of the item is where we list whether it is dairy-free and that it is gluten-free. If you have any specific questions about the ingredients please feel free to contact us at info@bransonschocolates.com.


CAN YOU PROVIDE ALLERGY INFORMATION?  

Our products are made in an environment where peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and dairy are used, but those ingredients are not necessarily in each product. Please contact us for specific information.


ARE INGREDIENT LISTS AVAILABLE?

All ingredients are listed on each product you purchase.  Please note that we use only fresh, natural ingredients for our products.  Occasionally, tiny amounts of food color may be used for decoration only.  If you would like an ingredient list, in advance of ordering, please contact us & we will be happy to provide you with one.  Please specify the products for which you would like that information.


WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

For same day shipping, orders must be placed by 10 am PST. If your order is placed after 10:00 am PST Monday-Friday, it will be processed the following business day. Please allow an extra 48 hours during peak season for your order to be processed.

DO YOU SHIP OVER WEEKEND PERIODS?

If you are shipping a package to a warm weather destination over a weekend, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit. USPS is our preferred shipping vendor.


DO YOU SHIP CHOCOLATES DURING WARMER MONTHS?

We would like to ensure that you receive your package in the same condition it left our production room. For this reason, we packaged according to the weather. If temperatures are near or above 70 degrees, we will ship your item in insulated packaging with ice packs. The packaging is designed to protect against warm weather. We cannot guarantee any package shipped when temperatures exceed 90 degrees.


WHAT ARE YOU DELIVERY TIMES FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENCES?

Our shipping companies deliver Monday through Saturday for most addresses.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Transit time depends on the location to which the package is shipped. Track your order here with your USPS tracking number(s).

All Orders leave our facility within 24 hours of processing, subject to inventory availability & seasonal shipments.


WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE?

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.


HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS?

Our shipping costs are calculated by USPS using Stamps.com according to weight and location.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard Shipping Days:
Monday – Saturday 2 to 3 days in transit, depending on location.  Orders are shipped from OR.


WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We love our chocolates and we love to see our customers smile. Whether you are the lucky recipient or the thoughtful gift giver, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products. Our chocolates are made in small batches, shipped fresh and packaged with care. Anything you get from Branson’s Chocolates is guaranteed to arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with our chocolates or other items, please call us within ten days to arrange for a courteous and complete refund or replacement.

HOW SHOULD CHOCOLATE BE STORED?

The chocolate should be stored in a dry, cool place, approximately 65 degrees Fahrenheit, well-wrapped, and away from other odors. Chocolate will absorb surrounding odors.

We do not recommend refrigeration, but if you find that you do not have proper storage for the chocolate or need to hold it slightly longer than the recommended shelf life, place the chocolates in an air-tight wrapper and refrigerate. When ready to use, remove from refrigerator and allow the box to come to room temperature before unwrapping to avoid condensation forming.


WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCTS?

Branson’s Chocolates truffles are fresh products and have an approximate 3-4 month shelf life, when stored properly. (See storing chocolate above.) Caramels have a 6 month shelf life, when stored properly. Other products, such as our bars and specialty items have a much longer shelf life. The shelf life of The Bar Collection is approximately 9-12 months, depending on storage. Please note that we use only the freshest, natural ingredients. Our chocolate does not contain any paraffin wax or other preservatives.
