WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
For same day shipping, orders must be placed by 10 pm PST. If your order is placed after 10:00 pm PST Monday-Friday, it will be processed the following business day. Please allow an extra 48 hours during peak season for your order to be processed.

DO YOU SHIP OVER WEEKEND PERIODS?
If you are shipping a package to a warm weather destination over a weekend, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit. USPS is our preferred shipping vendor.
DO YOU SHIP CHOCOLATES DURING WARMER MONTHS?
We would like to ensure that you receive your package in the same condition it left our production room. For this reason, we packaged according to the weather. If temperatures are near or above 70 degrees, we will ship your item in insulated packaging with ice packs. The packaging is designed to protect against warm weather. We cannot guarantee any package shipped when temperatures exceed 90 degrees.
WHAT ARE YOU DELIVERY TIMES FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENCES?
Our shipping companies deliver Monday through Saturday for most addresses.

All Orders leave our facility within 24 hours of processing, subject to inventory availability & seasonal shipments.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS?
Our shipping costs are calculated by USPS using Stamps.com according to weight and location.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We love our chocolates and we love to see our customers smile. Whether you are the lucky recipient or the thoughtful gift giver, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products. Our chocolates are made in small batches, shipped fresh and packaged with care. Anything you get from Branson’s Chocolates is guaranteed to arrive at your doorstep in excellent condition. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with our chocolates or other items, please call us within ten days to arrange for a courteous and complete refund or replacement.
