We use Paschal Winery‘s Pinot Noir wine in our Gourmet Pinot Noir Chocolate Sauce. We use 100% cocoa when we make our chocolate sauce, which gives it a rich bold dark chocolate flavor with a subtle pinot noir wine flavor.
