The result? A perfectly creamy ganache with just the right amount of “funk.” We added a playful pop of crispies for a satisfying crunch, then enrobed the whole thing in smooth 62% semi-sweet dark chocolate. It’s a bold, sophisticated treat that’s as fun to eat as it is delicious.

Rogue Creamery makes the blue cheese by soaking each wheel of cave-aged blue cheese in an organic red wine blend, which creates a cheese with distinctive berry notes and a brown butter finish – in addition to a subtle rose blush coloring on the rind.
