Description
We use pistachios is this toffee that is cooked in a copper kettle and poured onto a table to cool. Each piece is then hand-dipped in ruby chocolate and garnished with chopped pistachios.
Ruby Chocolate is naturally pink and has a natural berry flavor which pairs well with pistachios.
